The history of Amber Hotel Italy

Passing through the quiet village of Villalfonsina, between the Adriatic Sea and the mountains of Abruzzo, there was a moment when the landscape felt timeless - olive trees, distant vineyards, and the gentle rhythm of village life. It was here that the idea took shape: to create a place where people could slow down and experience this sense of calm.

The project began with the restoration of a historic house dating back more than four centuries. Its walls, built in 1626, have witnessed generations of village life.

Today they welcome travellers once again, offering comfort while preserving the authenticity of the past.

OUR HISTORY /

"Amber"

The name Amber reflects both memory and origin. Like the precious stone formed over centuries, the house carries traces of time and place. It also connects two regions - the Baltic roots of its founder and the warm landscapes of Abruzzo - bringing together two cultures through hospitality.
